Welcome to the Reset Your Sleep Space Workshop!
Welcome to this workshop to learn a bit about what our spirit does while the physical body is resting. After we chat a bit, we will do a guided meditation to help you clean out and reset the various dynamics that contribute to a good night of sleep – including energetically clearing out, and intentionally setting, your bedroom; and learning how to set some magical intentions with your spirit to help in your healing and learning process while you sleep!
These tools can become an integral part of your daily experience, and really change the game. I have been told by participants that when they use these techniques regularly how amazing the changes are in their relationship to sleep, so here is your official invitation to make it a nightly practice!
