Other People’s
Perceptions of Me
A 3-week course to spark the fire that will help you let go of what other people think, and begin to truly OWN who you are!
Monday, May 6th – May 20th | 6-8pm MT | $150
| via Zoom
“What other people think of me is none of MY business!”
Wouldn’t that be a relief? To truly not care what other people think of you? However, this is much easier said than done – especially for those of us that are empaths and highly sensitive!
In this 3-week circle we will build resilience in our ability to be with the discomfort of what other people think and feel about us, learn how to clear it out energetically, and get more powerful in our ability to own who we truly are.
It’s not always easy to know what is ours and what is not ours – especially when it comes to other people’s thoughts, opinions, projections and more!
Highly sensitive people have a tendency to overly take on other peoples opinions, especially when it comes to how it relates to us. It can become overwhelming to discern what is true and what is not. We are caring souls who want to take other’s experiences into account and may lose track of our own sense of self. We move into people pleasing, and we often start to invalidate and bypass our own wants and needs in sake of this.
It is time to stop.
In Community
We will witness one another in the unraveling of the ways we take on other people’s ideas, perceptions and projections. In a circle of reflection we will move energy, do some healing, and bolster our own self-image, personal compassion and sense of worth. This practice will ripple out and be a strong demonstration on how doing this work within ourselves helps the greater community. It will help us to build resilence in how we show up for ourselves and the world around us! Together we will:
Cultivate awareness around the discomfort of what other people might think about us, how we react to this, and practice some nervous system self-care techniques to help.
Learn how to clear other people’s energy out of our space: including their thoughts, emotions, opinions, and more!
Find clarity in what is mine vs. theirs. Clearing out invalidation and ways that we hide in order to please others.
Say hello to some of the original filters and programs that came in which wreak havoc in our ability to truly embody the authentic self AND let other people see who we truly are.
Learn how feeling comfortable within ourselves, and showing up in our truth is a wonderful gift for others because it also allows them to be who they are.
… all to bring more certainty and willingness to SHOW UP AND BE who you are – in all your beauty, mess and everything in between.
What will be activated in this container?
Discussion, somatic practices, guided meditation, and intuition will be utilized to find relief from that which dims your light. By turning inward and moving some energy you will know your true essence and ignite it for a powerful sense of authenticity and permission to be exactly who you are.
You will become an empowered lighthouse, shining your brilliance for others to see.
Steady and certain in all that you are.
